Been with several housing associations, and never been on benefits. This is definitely the rudest, most incompetent I've experienced in 10 years. I could say much more. I don't even bother complaining to them anymore about the multitude of issues because they just don't care. We're looking for elsewhere because of the way we are treat like second class citizens by Saxon Weald.

Saxons weald fitted a brand new central heating system in the property I'm renting to replace the existing electric storage heaters within the first few months of my moving in and they did that within just three weeks of my making the request for that to be done because i was finding it too expensive to run the storage heaters. Top marks.

I am a private tenant. They do not provide out of hours cover for the hot water system not working in the summer. In addition, they renovated three properties over 13 weeks causing considerable noise disturbance, mess and dirt that was not cleared up properly leading to transfer into our flat after you walked through it. There was no communication in advance about this, no additional cleaning of the public areas nor any voluntary offer of compensation. Really poor!

Although I've been waiting for disabled friendly housing for two years, I find the front line staff very helpful, and well mannered. They are clearly working with the means they have, i.e. Too many needs, and not enough housing to go around. Saxon Weald Housing Association as a company, clearly needs a business partner. Or some excellent fundraising ideas long term. Good strong leadership is clearly required. With CEO's and Board members alike actively putting their names and faces to each of their projects, and accounting clearly for their yearly doings. Those people who sit back enjoying occasional jolly meetings with a great pay check, clearly are a heavy burden on this company and do little to raise its profile.
