useless! a combination of strikes and them losing my parcel means i've been trying to pick the same parcel up for two weeks now. I wouldn't mind so much but we were actually in when they supposedly tried to deliver it!

Royal Mail customer service is an absolute Joke. I checked my tracking number - delivery due today between 9.47 and 12.47 - Cool i'll make sure im in.  Go to walk the dog at 8.30. Get back at 9.15. What do I find? Royal mail slip, attempted delivery at 09.06. Item back to delivery office. Cant collect same day, tomorrow is Sunday, I'm back at work Monday?? Impossible to contact the delivery office through royal mails pathetic national phone number. After a 30 min wait to get in touch with general customer service over the phone, basically being told its tough. They didnt even attempt to rectify issue or sort it being delivered again today or me to be able to collect same day. It really is pathetic how customer service has gone these days.

No warning on website to say was closed. Waste of a journey going.

Even Royal Mail complaints team can't get through on the phone! They stopped sending my mail and no one can contact them - including Royal Mail themselves! What a joke. They should be properly investigated for incompetence
