I have a wide experience of many different doctors surgeries and have yet to find one as good as this. Great doctors and friendly helpful nurses. Always get good service from the dispensary. An excellent practice imho.

Disastrous, Dreadful, riDIC(K)ulous Doctors I have just moved back to the area after being away for 5 1/2 years, and upon trying to register I was talked to like an idiot, stared down by receptionists giggling and talking as if I wasn't there, and upon one instance a receptionist (according to the website is a "care navigator" HA HA) said "I'm sorry, I actually wasn't listening" to my enquiries regarding CBT. Does this sound caring to you? Just picked up my prescription from the local chemist, they have not included a repeat despite asking about this on the phone previously, not included any info regarding the actual prescription so will need to go to an appointment which is not needed, taking up other peoples time for no need. Cannot bare the idea of going back there and being looked at with dead eyes from behind the reception desk. Also, a month-long wait to see their mental health specialist. Utterly despicable. Makes me feel sad thinking of people who are vulnerable, lonely, alone and poorly going to this surgery and being treated in a similar way. Don't waste your time - go to Leiston.

Requested home visit for my wife's back problems due to being immobile following recent foot surgery and was dealt with by friendly, helpful staff. Doctor arrived as requested, together with appropriate mediation and advice. Excellent service throughout.

No respect for peoples time, tried to register the family, forms given back and now having to complete and do trips every time a family member needs to see the doctor. Doctors are excellent. Reception staff could use some common sense training

Been to Saxmundham dispensary four times about one prescription and still they have only given me half of it. I'm not paying twice in one month, once is bad enough. Do I speak to my doctor about it? I would appreciate some feedback.
