Well, after 5 minutes waiting for some kind of acknowledgement, I walked out. Must not want the business,guy on phone laughing and joking with someone, didn't even look at me an say ,won't be long or whatever. No other customers in there. Friday a.m 16th February 24. You just lost a customer, I went somewhere else. Well done. Only put a star cos I had too.
Always have a good experience with them. Always provide a service with a smile. I recommend going to them for anything, they are very knowledgeable.
After breaking down recovery dropped my car in the morning. Savoy sorted my suspension out straight away and i was back on the road that evening . Great communication, top lads. 10/10 Thanks
First time using Savoy, had new tyres and MOT, friendly and efficient, recommended and will definitely be back.
Sorted my brakes out, usual excellent service.
Normally go to North Lincs tyres, but it was a Saturday and they were closing. I needed it sorting so North Lincs recommended popping to Savoy Tyres. Stood there like a lemon at the front desk waiting to be served for 10 minutes…. They were very busy but someone popping their head in and saying they would be there soon would have been good. Had a puncture in one tyre but then noticed two of the others were worn so had all three replaced. Nothing wrong with the price, service and would go again if North Lincs aren’t open.
Always go here for my tyres. Had ordered 2 new tyres which came in a couple of days and was able to drive in the bay as soon as I arrived. Was in and out in 30 mins and cheaper than what the main dealer had quoted us. Always find the staff polite and helpful
