Delicious brunch! It’s a small restaurant and was super busy on a Sunday but we called an hour ahead and they were able to accommodate our group of 6. The hot tea was a mix of fresh and dried fruits and herbs, and all of the meals were beautifully plated and delicious. Plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The halloumi with the Savoy special was great!
Stellar service, delicious brunch for a reasonable price. Casual cozy cute, filling foods and comfortable ambience. Service was on point and dishes were tasty and photo worthy! Would recommend for brunch, lunch breakfast and fresh bites and drinks to go.
This place is a MUST for a hearty and incredibly delicious breakfast options at super affordable prices for London. The shakshuka dish was out of this world. The bread was also SUPER fresh. OJ also very fresh. Workers were super friendly - we even came back for smoothies the next day and they recognized us and greeted us with smile!
Must visit for any brunch lovers! We came here for Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was super aesthetic and delicious. Service was great and friendly. For anyone who makes a reservation, I would recommend you come here early as we were late for a reservation so it was released but I totally made sense because the restaurant is quite small and there is usually a very long lineup.
Fantastic brunch spot. We came every morning for breakfast during our stay in London and always got something different. Their food quality is amazing. Def a muddy try if you are in the Shoreditch area. Service was exceptional.
I had the eggs extra, totally delicious, so much choice on the menu which I loved. Nice vibe there too .. Had a muffin after which was also yum. V nice staff, glad to have found this place! Will call in again if ever I'm back in the area for sure
Small cafe but tasty food and great value for money! Customer service was also excellent and waiter ensured our special requests were adhered to. I would suggest booking beforehand as it’s small and busy.
I came here on account of the reviews but I felt it was the wrong choice for me. The best feature for me was that the teapot sits on top of the cup; that way I could keep the tea warm, to some extent. I had the almond croissant. It wasn't fresh and they had to heat it up but I could still tell. Besides, it was a in-your-face type and really bloated me up. Look at my review of Abbey Café for a scrumptious almond croissant.
Came here twice consecutively for breakfast during our stay in London and the food was good that's why we came back. However, on our third and last morning in London, the door to the cafe was closed around 6.30am so the guy before us knocked and was let in we thought maybe it's because he's a regular customer but we were told they only open at 8am despite the time stated on Google. We know sometimes the dates and times aren't updated so we left and grabbed something else. Drove past later around 7.10am and they were open with customers inside. Great food but to be turned away and lied to, that was very disappointing. Edit: 1 star wanted to give 1 star to begin with anyway but my husband said it's too harsh. The food was the only saving grace. because your staff lied not once, but twice to both us and you. He obviously said 8 and both of us heard it crystal clear. If it had been 7, we would definitely have waited because we already knew what we wanted to order and were eagerly anticipating to dig in. We did not misunderstand so do NOT put the blame on us for your staff's lack of honesty and integrity, which I would think are very important traits, especially in a family-run business.
This was my first meal in London! Got off at London Liverpool station and walked about 8 minutes to the restaurant. I ordered the full breakfast with orange juice and it was really good. Generous portions - make sure to ask for bread if it comes with it because the guy next to me didn’t get his.
