I can't say enough good things about Millie Short and the Savills team. Millie is highly professional, and goes the extra mile to help when things are inevitably not straight forward. I would recommend Savills, and their Wimbledon team without hesitation.
Savills were professional and helpful in helping us move in to our rented apartment. They were communicative and responsive, and our letting negotiator, Millie, was particularly friendly and willing to go out of her way to help by answering questions and pointing us in the right direction with advice and administrative help. One drawback - our apartment wasn't properly cleaned by the company Savills employed to do so, which did hold us back from moving our belongings in.
We had a great experience working with Lizzy, Tim and the team. They were incredibly responsive and professional helping us buy a property. We’re super grateful. Highly recommend!
Would strongly recommend to avoid their letting/renting teams. Given the limited supply of properties, they appear desperate to please landlords at whatever costs, even using illegal predatory techniques to deny to tenants contractual obligations of landlords or to force tenants to agree to predatory rental renewals. Think carefully before renting with them and never agree to a short 12 month rental period.
I’ve rent an apartment with Savills and really pleased worked with Morgan and his team. They were really responsible and polite to me. All the questions that I had, they answered very quickly with good patient. It was a pleasure to work with them. You could always trust Savills if you want to rent or buy a house.
Bought my first property with Savills and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Really smooth transaction and was always available at short notice.
