The team at Savills, were excellent in selling my house. They set a fair price which was rightly priced for the market and then provided good marketing, online and in the window. They communicated often and gave feedback on each viewing. I transacted after 2 months and was very happy. Great team and best in Summertown.
Sasha at Savills was very unprofessional when we purchased our house. He provided incorrect information which resulted in thousands of pounds of unexpected costs after we had exchanged contracts on the property. If you are buying through Savills be aware the information you are given may not be correct as they do not check and just tell you what you want to hear so you exchange and they get their commission.
Savills Oxford has sold two of our houses in the last 3 years and they have done fantastically well. Incredibly professional, always reachable, supportive and understanding throughout the process. In addition we made a tidy profit on both houses. From the very beginning, through exchange and past completion Savills was always there and supportive. Sasha Parker-Smith is an extremely professional and helpful Associate. He was very helpful in showing me around a particular property and went the extremely mile to provide answers to all my questions. Sadly the property location did not meet my requirements and i did not make an offer on it. I would thoroughly recommend contacting Sasha if you are looking to buy / sell a property.
