Brought my carpet from here for my bedrooms, landing and stairs last year. Great service, quality and price. Very patient with me also as I changed my mind about what I wanted a few times! I am very happy with the final result and even a year later people comment on how lovely the carpet is!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional and have done a wonderful job fitting 2 carpets in our house, 6 years apart. Will definitely return as we do the rest of our house up. Even the cat approved!
I had no idea what I wanted when I visited Savills but took a look around their showroom and then asked lots of questions. I was educated with patience and time where the team there explained the positives and negatives for the wooden floor I selected.nI eventually went for LVT as I wanted the same product for the whole ground floor including the kitchen and LVT can be mopped.nnThey came out to measure up and quickly quoted and were cheaper than some other local companies so we agreed on a delivery date which they stuck to.nnI would advise any customer to clear the work area before the installers arrive. I errected a gazebo in the back garden and stored my furiture there temporarily while the works took place. I also ensured that pets were looked after by family because my floor needed levelling with a screed.nnThe installers arrived on time and were very polite and tidy during the whole install. They kept me updated on progress and I was very pleased with the result.nnThis really was the perfect experience.
Savills flooring came round and done a measurement last Monday, today is a week later and im still waiting on a quote/communication. I called in 2 days after they done measurement and the man on phone was extremely rude! Very unprofessional. I highly recommend to not go with savills flooring LTD.
Very good and efficient service from our visit to the unit in Thorpe where we got lots of excellent advice to the fitting a week later.
