This is the  very best thing that  has happened  to this town in a long time. I lost my  son  three years ago  in 2019. He had no insurance. At  the age of 43. I really do not know how I would have manage without their help. I am forever thankful to all staff members. I can't Thank You All  enough.

All ways helpful, and help me out of a crisis many a time

Ali in the pembroke dock branch is so rude and unhelpful , she hasn't got any customer service skills at all everytime I've spoken with her it's like she can't be bothered to check the system about my account I just feel like she talks down to people - just her whole attitude is letting this business down. If anyone wants to contact me I am more than happy to discuss this further.
