I wish I could give zero stars! After receiving a faulty lock, I reached out to customer service, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, they tried to convince me that the lock wasn’t faulty. Seriously? They even sent it back to me, expecting me to reinstall it and make videos of the issue! If you want videos, come and install it yourself! The lock is clearly defective, yet they refuse to send it to the manufacturer for testing. P.S. I only bother to write reviews when the service or product is really bad, I have other better things to do!! You kept the lock for over a month! I had the lock examined by an independent examiner before sending it, and it was confirmed that it is faulty. I have raised a complaint with ABUS about your company already! To top it all off, you'll spend a small fortune on their 0845 number just trying to reach them. The after-sale customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I was in despair at not being able to replace a broken rebated UNION sashlock for our French windows. Michael Barker spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me, identifying the lock and posting a replacement, arriving the next day. Enormously helpful, knowledgeable, and able to explain to an idiot like me!
Trying to replace my house lock myself they were extremely helpful in finding a solution for my double-door-different-lock-but-same-key issue. Not only did Saunderson's offer lower prices than anyone else I could find online, but the rapid dispatch and quick delivery was followed up by top notch customer service to resolve questions I had. The staff at Saunderson's took responsibility for contacting the manufacturers, exploring options, and they wouldn't rest until I had solutions to any issues I raised. Definitely not a faceless, anonymous online-only seller, but in my experience, great online pricing with the depth of service and experience that you may not expect.
Saunderson Security and Otto in particular are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful when I was choosing a lock, and sorted out a manufacturer's defect really quickly and hassle free. They had finishes and locks which other locksmiths said they couldn't get. Competitive prices and highly recommended for fast service, help and all round peace of mind. Couldn't ask for better.
