I came after a long time. lots of improvement I can see now. Well maintained stocks. Would be great if you add fresh sea foods. Thanks for friendly staff. Feel like home
South Indian food items are available here.. But price bit high as compared to other near by Indian stores
Maggots in freshly opened egg box. Rude attendent to a point of getting physical cause I complained : who does that? Complaint to borough and council on the way. Edit: thanks for the follow up, I'd assume any of your attendent represents "the store" - its beside the point who served me. When a customer politely took back the product purchased less than 15 min ago. Just say sorry, refund and that'd be end of it. I ensured no customer was around when I raised the issue, not to spoil your repo. Instead your attendent started to heckle which I found sad and funny at the same time. I live in Dellow Close - so the science around maggots magically appearing in the box with in 15 min of purchase isn't valid. Things do happen, neither a 3.5 is going to change anybody's life; but its the way your attendent handled the issue. The complaint is still being pursued with the Borough. Good luck!
I used to like this shop, but nowadays it has become slightly more disorganized and also keeps lesser items than before. Also some products are overpriced eg: aubergine today is £1.2 when you can get it at £0.69 in most supermarket
The shop is pricey compared to East Ham grocery stores but that’s okay as it’s convenient as it’s just of the A12. What I cannot comprehend is how rude the butcher is. I have been there on several occasions and the butcher does not provide good customer service at all. I bought some drumsticks the other day and the chicken smelt really bad when I cooked it. I always wash the chicken with lemon, salt and turmeric before cooking. Furthermore, with COVID guidelines the staff are not wearing masks in the shop. There’s no excuse why the butcher should not be wearing a face mask.
I get everything I need for Indian cooking, good products and reasonable price. Good customer service, friendly staff. Organised and well arranged shop. Hygienic and good quality halal meat. We are very pleased. We have been customer since the shop started and we have seen how much it has evolved and progressive. It will be great if you can start online/home delivery service. I wish your team all success.
Good for quick shopping visit, produce available are Asian vegetables fresh meat and general groceries. Polite helpful staff and there is free parking at rear. Would recommend.
If I want to buy bag of rice or halal chicken. OMG I use to go London brick lane or illford lane. Now this shop become bigger and better, Thanks, now this shop is saving my time and make my life easy.
Good customer service. All range of products available for south indians and srilankans. Meat shop available inside products like chicken and lamb.
I go there quite often as because there are few options near by or walking distance. Bit pricey. Halal Boucher is very helpful. Habib is very helpful and because of him I ended up shopping there
