I would not even give them 1 star, a very poor service, a 6 seater taxi was pre- booked Thursday evening to take a bride and groom with 4 guests to wedding venue on the Friday evening, taxi was 10 minutes late so a phone call was made, taxi said he was on his way and would be 10 minutes, 10 minutes later another call was made, a different person answered and knew nothing about the booking. What a shambles, a very upset bride who was an hour late for her own wedding party, and who had to organise lifts from elsewhere. Would never use......
