Great place to spend a sunny afternoon qnd having a walk around. Closing hours are different. A spectacular view from the viewing platform. In Nov Dec Jan : 9am to 5pm, Feb March 9am to 6pm. Apr to Sep open until 8pm, May to Aug opens until 9pm. In October until 7pm.
Santry Park is a great and peaceful park! It has beautiful trees. Really, beautiful, I mean it. They are gorgeously set in the middle of the park. The grass is very well maintained and the park is very clean overall. You will not find places to eat inside the park, I mean, you can't buy food or drinks anywhere. It's mostly frequented by locals and people transiting from Northwood to Swords Road. I don't think there is much touristic value on this site, maybe that's why it's so interesting, beautiful and clean. Fantastic place to have a picnic or walk your dog.
I couldn't imagine how big this park is until I went through it! You can find some ducks and swans which love to be fed by the visitors. And if you're lucky, you could see some Irish hares hopping from one bush to another.
Small but very lovely park. Great for a run or walk; pretty quiet throughout the day. Might be muddy after rain. Playground and toilets are available, almost no bins around. Check the timing of car park as you might get stuck. Alternatively, can park near Centra.
Great area, well maintained and clean, specially now that administration added bathroom toilets which is something unique around the area. I totally recommend 100%.
Beautiful park, well care. Nice to enjoy a little bit of nature or practice some jogging or to workout.
Love this park. Good pathways, playground, outdoor gym equipment, boules area and toilets. Also, shops and cafés close by.
It is a very nice park perfect to visit as a family.
Santry Demesne Fantastic park Car parking, Grounds are fabulous looked after well, Children play ground. Adult exercise facilities lovely gardens currently closed temporarily. And great for relaxing, and walking laps stretching the legs
