Only place in UK that I know who don't employ anyone other than Asian males . Never see any females or other ethnic groups employed. Also they hide their kitchens in all their shops. I have seen personally some unhygienic practices, the Asian males working in their never was hands. Only good thing about Santa is the name. Please stay clear if you value your health. I urge you to investigate this with urgency. We live in a multi cultural society with equal rights for everyone. Don't forget this, never employ any females of any nationality. Zero stars
I got a takeaway on Saturday from yourselves and it gave me really bad guts so I won't be getting anything else from here now. You have lost a loyal customer
Ordered 2 big daddy burgers and a mini donner meal. The burgers were sliding all over because there was that much oil and grease saturated in the box and on the burger the chips were still frozen from inside. No presentation and care at all. Never again

Never a bad experience, if by a long shot anything is ever forgotten, just ring up and the problem is sorted straight away. Best food in Burnley and the staff and delivery drivers are always super friendly.

Wont be ordering from here again. There portion size is way over priced especially there trays of donner meat you pay £4.45 for a tray and get about 10 pieces of meat. And the fact when I rang they wouldn't do anything or help rectify the situation. I have used them so many times but based on the service and the over price on the menu wont be ordering from them again.
Old microwaved food. Makes you ill A V O I D !!
