Really patient staff, they've been great with my children when we've taken in bags of coins from their money boxes, helping them sort them into money bags etc. Better opening hours than many of the Retford banks too!
Absolutely fantastic staff I have learning difficulties and I have needed to change my PIN a lovely manager there was on duty help me more closely worked brilliant now I know what the correct penny's big thank you to Santander Retford
3 days in the row try to get done banking, at the counter to pay some money, coins bagged up. Just to be told you can do this at the post office,which will be charges for that service, so why can't I use the bank when I already pay monthly charges for having a account
Shutting way too early needing face to face help but I can't get that
