Just tried to make an appointment at this branch that's all!. You have to use Santander's national telephone number. Press 1 for this 2 for that etc, ID details and so on after being being put on hold. 15 minutes so far. Only to be told that no one at this branch is answering. 'Please try later'. Not good business management. I wonder how many times I must try before I can get an answer? Watch this space...
