The customer service was extremely poor, opening an account should be a fun experience they just said go online !! I feel like they need to be trained on customer Service and the experience they are providing as its the worst I have seen in 10 years !!! Hope the Bank manager is reading this !! As I will be writing to their headquarters as this has put me off opening an account with Santander !!
Staff was very friendly and very helpful and helped me when I struggled much appreciated
Not heard good reports about working there and seem to work their staff very hard at this branch at least.
