Yes it's a bank and does what it says on the tin.

The staff are very helpful but you can be waiting for a year to get served.

The cash points are VERY bad for deposits and shouldn't be used, I put in £80 in cash and it rejected it all and returned it but before I was able to grab all the money it shut on the some of the notes which made me believe it was going to rip them .

Also this branch is small and I don't think it can keep up with the amount of people going in and out.

Awful experience to have with most banks in Stoke on Trent,they come across as very friendly people but they never treat people's requests seriously.It took me a month to get a debit card from the day of my appointment and I went back to the branch three times in that month to ask and every time they apologised for the delay. Finally I went in London to a branch to find out there's no card on the system on my name.I wonder how this people still have jobs!
