Lovely staff just not enough of them sometimes.

Have been with them for ten years and now they disagree with me about my date of birth. Apparently I have forgotten it and should make a 40 mile round trip, and take a day off, so that I can present my passport to them in person. In the meantime no telephone or internet banking. All this started because they wanted me to verify that I wanted to make a payment to my son. Just useless. My advice is to signup with a real bank
