Just joined this bank as I opened my daughters ISA back in early 2021 and now made the full switch and the service has been fantastic so far and after comparing the Google reviews I'm glad I've now made this switch
good but needs to be open later preferably 5pm
Very professional staff 100% positive. Helping both me and My 83 year old mother from start to finish. In this trying time saying to my mother take your time no rush. Helping her all the way. Thank you take care out there was her first trip out since February.
Staff really helpful, had problem with a Graduate account changing too early. Got it fixed after visiting the branch, really helpful staff. Can't praise them enough.
Went in today. As executor of a will and never done it before. Customer care manager was fantastic really helpful in a difficult time.
