Perfectly serviceable branch in my experience

Very helpful branch people.
Don't like banks, but I don't get any ill feeling walking into this one. Super-professional and personal staff.
Friendly helpful staff
Abruptly informed by the cashier that as a business banking customer Im not entitled to counter service , whilst I don't have a problem with the express system I was paying in quite a large sum of cash and there was no queue , cashier was just sitting doing nothing. My cash deposit then appeared on the screen as a withdrawal and I was asked to press enter , which I refused and pressed cancel instead. I was then informed by the cashier that she would have to set the same wrong transaction up again and I would need to press enter and accept the withdrawal status. Cashier said this was so she could cancel it on her screen , all sounded very strange and when she did the transaction correctly as a deposit I received a receipt , but when I asked for a receipt for the voided transaction again she was abrupt and said they didn't issue one, so I queried how I was to be assured no withdrawal actually took place . Only then was I issued with a mini statement. I'll be looking to change banks if this is the abrupt service I receive , as this was my second ever time using a branch , usually my account is managed online and via post.
