Wanted to open a current account and was told an appointment would be a couple of weeks in advance. This despite having been told by Santander help line that no appointment would be necessary, just pop in and I would be helped. Not imptessed at all.
Fantastic bank. Staff are all so lovely and welcoming, every appointment is very insightful and none of this bank jargon, they explain everything fully and simply to ensure you understand. Can't fault them!
The staff are very helpfull. No trouble to spend time explaining details told to me in plain English not complicated bank jargon. Thank you all for your help.
Friendly staff, always offer good service and advice.
