Reviews
How this branch is still open; I truly have no idea. The staff smile, but scratch the surface and the officious rather jobsworth attitude shows through. I've processed exact duplicate transactions in Aberdare and Barry; and you'd never believe they were the same Bank. The ATM at this branch is so old, it would embarrass any Bank were it in a higher profile location; added to which, it's often filthy. The underinvestment at this site is hopefully an indication of its demise.
Swapped our Business Banking to these only a year ago after H.S.B.C. closed so we would have counter access only to be told now after their refit we will not have automatic access to the counter and we will have to use the machines which like to spit the notes back out or go and use the Post Office. What a joke!
Dreadful web site ......too many links that don't work. An excellent way to waste time and become frustrated.
