Santander Motto "Helping our customers at the moments that matter most" I work Monday to Friday . I spend twenty minutes trying to find a parking space in Leigh. Only to find the branch closes on the busiest day of the week. What "genius" decided to close on Saturdays. How many customers work Monday to Friday and can only visit on Saturday. The pandemic is no excuse. They could close on a Wednesday But choose the busiest day of the week. So now Santander is closed for business to all their customers who work 9-5. I cannot pay a paper cheque in online! So now I have a cheque sitting in my wallet instead of my account unable to pay In.
It's a very good branch. It's a shame that it is closing down in August though. The staff here are very professional, helpful and very friendly. They are only a handful of staff here but everyone is so helpful and caring
Pretty useless that all local branches are shut at weekends, when a majority of people still work the hours between 9-5 Monday to Friday!
