My husband and I use Santander Surbiton since it was Abbey over 20 years. Their manager is always helpful, and we appreciate him. But when I visited the counter for a large sum transaction recently, a young counter staff or a trainee? was so rude, his attitude wan't the one I expect at bank counter. Anyway his senior interacted us, and I managed to complete my transaction. Usually online banking, therefor no need to visit their counter, but if I need it again, I am going to Kingston blanch. Such a shame.
Santander Surbiton does have very limited parking for the Blue Badge disabled drivers. However on the opposite side to the branch,they are 2 or 3 spaces for general parking but you must purchase a ticket.
Some staff appear to be unclear
