This place is absolutely amazing and it’s so good to see a vegan/vegetarian Indian restaurant thrive! At normal Indian restaurants, the options for vegans are always limiting and quite frankly boring, so it’s nice to come to a restaurant like this one and have multiple options.nnFood:nThe food here is incredible! Such deep, rich flavours in most of the items. The vegetable seek kebabs are always a stand out and I always come back to them. It’s hard to find restaurants that do them so I can’t resist! The rice and naan are always cooked perfectly and the Szechuan chips are an amazing side dish to accompany the rest of the great food! I got the tofu makhanwalla and sadly I found it to be inedible. I’m not a fussy eater at all, but I had 1 bite and couldn’t finish it. It basically tasted like Heinz tomato soup. There wasn’t a single hint of any other flavour other than sickly sweet/sugary tomato. I’ve had their other curries before such as the jackfruit curry and that was delicious! So I don’t know what happened with the tofu one, but I would not recommend ordering that. I didn’t let it put me off though the rest of the food. The chocolate brownie is also fantastic!!nnService:nStaff serving are incredibly friendly here! They’re always so attentive with checking if you need more water/drinks or anything else. Even when it’s busy, you don’t feel like a forgotten table which is nice.nnOverall:nWill certainly be coming back here again. With amazing vegan options and great service, you can’t go wrong and always happy to support a local business!
Restaurant is highly recommended for the vegetarian people. Food was very tasty and delicious with real authentic Indian taste. Staff was very nice and helpful, Shreya one of the staff members was very humble & kind.nWe had a very nice dinner time with good atmosphere. They also celebrated my birthday with a small cake when they came to know about it, it was really a sweet gesture. Thank you Sanskruti, hope to see you soon
Booked on First table after a previous positive experience. Tonight was no different, so stuffed on all the tasty food and drink. We were spectacularly looked after by Shaeya, who was friendly polite and didn't rush us.
Came here on a visit to Manchester from London, and I have to say I’ve never had such authentic and flavourful dishes at an Indian restaurant before. After the first bite, I was taken back home to memorable food. The dishes were also presented nicely, and combined with the beautiful decor, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely!nnService was also great. Staff were attentive and friendly.nnIt’s honestly a shame Sanskruti doesn’t have a branch in London, as I’m already planning my next trip to Manchester just for this place! :
Our favourite place in Manchester and the surrounding areas for many reasons. We have visited dozens of times. The food is consistently top tier, there are so many vegan options to choose from, everything is well priced and we have never once been kept waiting. The staff are always 10/10 - everyone is friendly and accommodating, especially Shreya who we adore. I would recommend this place to anyone.
