Received excellent treatment for my back pains. Both staff were good communicators and provided good advice. In particular, the lower back massages felt great and was quite effective.

Amazing staff . Listen to everything you have to say and are amazing at treating you wether it be massage or exercises to do at home .couldn't of asked for a better physiotherapist would recommend to anyone.  Perfect

Practitioners are good in my experience, being both courteous, well trained and good communicators.  Sadly they seem to be let down by an admin desk that aren't so good at communicating or rearranging appointments: of 7 scheduled appointments, I was asked to rearrange 3 of them and the desk were less proactive than you'd hope when that was necessary.

Was made to feel very uncomfortable by a member of staff. I was advised by one of the country's top surgeon's I'd need an operation, upon explaining this to the Sano physiotherapist, he proceeded by being rude and unprofessional about the staff who'd diagnosed me and even tried to talk me out the surgery. The therapist came across as young, inexperienced and arrogant. I will not use this company again

After suffering with a sports related shoulder injury for several years and thinking that nothing could be done about it, I was recommended to visit Sano Physiotherapy in Leeds. I have just copleted a course of 10 sessions and I can say that my shoulder has never felt better, I am now back playing badminton, something I didn't think I would be able to do competitively again.
