I was looking for something in particular, the big flooring shops wouldn't help me but this little gem went out of their way to help. I took rough measurements with me for a ballpark figure and I was really impressed with their service. I'm not quite ready to make a purchase because of decorating but I will be in about 4 weeks time and have agreed to come back and borrow sample books before final decisions are made. Really happy with service and price
I went to the shop had a good look around, looks small from the outside untill you get in, I seen my carpet I wanted it was dusty pink, a young lad came to fit the carpet on the stairs, he did a great job, very polite and a lovley personally, also lovley manners at the shop and very helpful.
This is a deceptive shop from outside - it looks small BUT take a walk round and be amazed!! So much choice and the staff are welcoming and helpful but never breathing down your neck pressuring you to make a purchase. Carpets, vinyl flooring and beautiful wallpaper.
Very good quality carpet. I normally use a well known carpet company but thought I'd give a local business my money instead. Great carpet & identical to the other company I've used in the past but for alot less money. Great service in store & wasnt pushy in anyway with sales like the larger carpet stores can be. Fitting was quick & professional. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Sandwell Carpets come highly recommended. They have been used by my family for years and after recent purchases I'll definitely be going back. Wide range of carpets and vinyl etc available to order. Competitive prices. Very flexible and accommodating despite delays to my completion date. Friendly and professional carpet fitters. Excellent service.
We always go here for our carpets. Alan's the guy to go to, he always looks after us and does us a great deal. And he's hilarious! But the carpets are always fantastic quality and really reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Sandwell Carpets!
Very nice and professional friendly people. All were helpful and insightful with aiding us to buy the best style of carpet for us. Came out on the day and laid the carpet throughout the house within a couple of hours
Went in for a quote and was seen to straight away. Lloyd was the person, very informative, gave a in depth analysis of the stuff we needed and gave a very good quote. Very happy, will go back and book them in at a later date.
Had many carpets from this place over the years - they have probably re carpeted my house twice over in the last 20 years. I try to support local businesses rather than the big chain stores. Very disappointing than that my recent purchase has met with very poor after sales service. The new carpet rubs on an interior door - the fitters refused to do anything about this citing various reasons - most shops offer this service free of charge - Sandwell carpets refused to to do it at all - I can't leave it like this as it will catch and ruin the carpet - so now I have the hassle and cost of hiring someone to do a 30 minute job. I can only think right now business must be good enough that Sandwell carpets doesn't need to care about its customers. With a recession looming they make think differently a few months. I would urge you to be very careful if using this shop based on past reputation - as there now appears to be no after sales care at all. I won't be buying my next carpet from them
