My 6mthly check-up appoinment today was with Halima Jafaar, she was very friendly, gentle, clear, thorough and professional, explaining what she was doing and why.nReception desk staff were polite and efficient at check in and taking payment for treatment. Parking was easy, no waiting at check in. Very short wait in comfortable seated waiting room.nI was very happy with the service provided.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Inna. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. I needed two fillings and was quite nervous, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without rushing. Her calm and friendly manner instantly put me at ease.nnThe procedure itself was smooth and completely comfortable — she checked in with me throughout, making sure I felt okay and understood each step. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such skill with genuine compassion, but Dr. Inna truly does.nnI left feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely grateful. She is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a patient-focused, highly skilled professional.
I needed the stub of a top back molar removed. The dental surgeon was empathetic gentle and reassuring. The procedure was painless and over very quickly. I had been referred to this practice but will be trying to get on their practice list and have them as my dental practice. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
I had a wisdom tooth extraction today, I can’t for the life of me remember the lady’s name. She is blonde, very supportive and understanding. I can’t believe just how quickly she managed to get the tooth out it feel like 10 seconds. Thank you for you care it really appreciated it. I shall you again in a few weeks
Dr Inna made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I’ve been experiencing severe pain due to a cavity & an abscess. She did what she could when it came to the extraction, but unfortunately, it just would not work. She prescribed with a second dose of a new antibiotic and it began working extremely quickly.nnShe is an excellent professional and a lovely person. She made me and my partner feel super comfortable to the point we were able to laugh and joke during the appointment.
