The greatest bakery in North Devon. Homemade and freshly baked every day. Their showstoppers are the traditional shortcrust pasties and their scotch egg made in their own breadcrumbs.
Lovely little traditional bakery in Torrington. We stopped here on a cycle for a coffee and cream tea. There are two small tables to sit inside. The traditional Devon pasty was delicious! They have a huge selection of cakes and pastries too.
Great cup of tea and rocky road pit stop on the rocky road to North Devon. Sit down or take away sandwiches, pasties, cream teas and virtually every cake and sweet thing you can think of. Great friendly service

This is a lovely little bakery with a huge selection of food. It is incredibly popular so you may have to wait in line for a few minutes but it is clear to see why. The cakes were delicious and great value given the size and quality. Well worth a stop if you are in the area.
This is hands down my favourite bakery locally. I'll always recommend people come here. The quality of the bread and cakes not to mention the portion size! is always consistent. Plus being right on the square helps. Their pizzas are amazing and often times quickly sold out at lunch time

I travel to Torrington for the great walks and views but always have to stop at the bakery for the most delicious food and cakes. Wow
Sandford's Bakery is always a place that I visit for a treat. The pasties and pies etc are delicious. It would take a very strong willed person to leave without also buying one of their irresistible cakes. A must visit for me when I am in Torrington.
