Disappointed my son and his mother rent from them, house has had bad damp for 2 years now! Still not resolved, the damp is in my son's room! So essentially they're paying nearly 450 a month for a 1 bed, damp horrible house. Seriously displeased with this experience! I myself have informed them over a year ago of the damp. And I do not live there. It's quite frankly disgusting

I didn't really think that the properties available for rent were displayed very well on the website. The properties shown are greyed out when you first look at the rentals so you can't really see the image of each property.  This doesn't 'invite' you in to view any further..

Popped in whilst our car was being serviced.  Had a lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly and bubbly, food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Facilities were clean and tidy albeit a little dated. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend S&G’s enough! Such a brilliant professional team who are understanding, proactive and 100% trustworthy. I purchased my first property through them and have since dealt with them regarding rentals. All of which have been simple and straightforward.  Thanks for all your help guys

Very poor make you believe you have been accepted for a rental property then take your refrence fee then tell you you haven't got it very misleading avoid.
