A wonderful place where you can make a stop after a long journey. Everything is excellent .I love McD
I have no problem with this facility, all was good, I accidentally only pressed the 1 star, sorry roadchef Sandbach !
Limited parking for both cars and trucks at busy periods. Toilets clean and well kept, communal/public areas clean and tidy. Grabbed a paper and McDonald's very, very busy. Bp petrol attended pleasant enough. I'll probably not call again based on parking!
Very clean facilities with good food areas. This place is really good for people going down to England/back from England. Toilets are the best public toilets in a Roadchef place I've seen! I recommend this place and it would be nice if there were more 5-star reviews!
Like most service stations. Would recommend to most service station owners that they check out Gloucester services on the M5 for what a really good service station looks like. Only go here if you don't have a choice or you don't care
No drive through you have to go in and order on the big touch screens inside very helpfull staff fast service
Lovely Macdonald's breakfast. Their coffee is really the best on the market - and the cheapest. Clean restaurant and well set up for covid.
This place is a disgrace! I am a key worker delivering urgent goods from London to Aberdeen and I went there at 11pm and all that was open was WHSmith, I mean come on, update your opening times of places to eat because clearly it’s misleading
Pulled in here as I was desperate for a poo. Luckily they had plenty of toilet roll but the man in the neighbouring cubicle wasn't having a good time by the sound he was making, poor chap. Warm water was a nice touch & great hand dryers.
