We had water coming in through the ceiling. Called Sandbach Roofing and they quickly identified a leak in the flashing by the chimney, took half the roof tiles off, replaced the flashing, some broken tiles and re pointed the chimney. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable I’d highly recommend them
