Thank you to the amazing team at Sandalwood Court. My Nan arrived in their care during the pandemic and they looked after her during some very difficult months. Nanny became part of their family and it was plain to see they treated her with so much love and respect. It has been several months since Nanny Phyllis passed away aged 99 and I know for sure that in her final home she was happy and comfortable and lived life to the fullest, taking part in lots of activities and having fun. The staff were attentative and kind and dealt with Nanny's final days with sensitivity and gentleness. Thank you all.xxx
Bad working enviroment and service users are treated kindly but due to lack of staff employees over worked so unable to give the highest standards of care.
