Ordered the pizza over the phone, asked for something hot and spicy. I definitely wasn't disappointed. Cheers guys. The delivery guy was really funny aswell. Will defo order again. Strongly recommended

Absolutely disgraceful,  Ordered food, told an hour for delivery turned up 2 hours and 15 minutes later, after serveral unsuccessful attempts to ring as their phone line was turned off, delivery driver had a stinking attitude and dropped my order on the floor, and never apologised for doing so! food was cold and inedible.  Give a wide birth

Usually Order from here all time but last 3 time come 1.5 - 2.5 hours late chicken all over in side carry bag like it been chucked in car well getting delivered... little man delivery driver is a arrogant d I c k  just grunts at you when he passers you food they have lost a good customer now never ordering food from here again plus food was absolutely s h I t this time aswell if I could give o stars I would do.       S H I T

Shocking 2 hours waiting time food came rubbish. Kebab source spilled all other rest of food, I order from here every Friday, but this is my last straw with this shop always an excuse why your waiting even add time on your delivery, chicken Kebab was horrible and chips with cheese  add 2 black hairs stuck to it and just tasted like Donner Kebab, best thing was pop thanks Sanchez £20 down the drain, your delivery driver needs to learn manners aswell instead of chucking food at you and grunting at you.

Don't bother. Used to be excellent food and service. The last few times it's been cold, it's been late etc. Tonight waiting for kebab for an hour and a half. Phoned up and it was obvious they had completely forgotten about the order. We got the answer " oh. We will review the order now....it will be another half an hour".  2 hours is not really great for a kebab that we were told would be half an hour. Sort it out Sanchez!

The last 2 times we have ordered delivery they have got it wrong. Both times a HOT VEGETARIAN PIZZA was ordered and we got a  HOT AND SPICY WHICH CONTAINS MEAT.  This is disgusting in this day and age when there are so many vegetarians. On both occasions my partner phoned and complained, as much as they then sent the correct pizza I find this unacceptable. SANCHEZ needs to get it right first time. Staff need to listen to what is being ordered on the  phone.

Really rude staff and unbelievably poor delivery service. Over 2 hours each time to deliver with no apology. Shocking service

I have used these for 4 years but over the last 2 months they have gone down hill fast but after tonight’s “meal” I will never order again. Food is always cold which is surprising for how over cooked it always is. I think the kebab meat in tonight’s kebab was cooked last week  I’ve seen more moisture is a desert at mid day, the chicken was inedible, the chips were that old I’m surprised there wasn’t things growing on them. As for the salad I have seen fresher in a bin. I strongly advise you to cook your own food because this place is diabolical!!!!

Shocking!!! After ordering on line hour and half wait to get scabby chicken breast and dry kabab bit of garlic mayo £10.50 joke!!!! Couldn't even get deliverey right!!! You want good fast food?! KEEP AWAY!!!!

me and my gyal went to link up to buy some vapes and she ended up getting stabbed and got food poisoned by the chicken all in one day  rip baby gyal  love you forever
