We needed a builder to move a joist after the company that were fitting a ‘bespoke’ door got the measurements wrong. SanRis were excellent and got the measurements right and the door fitted perfectly. The workmen were professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

We had planning permission for an extension but we couldn't afford it until we sold a property in Spain. This happened two or three weeks before our planning permission expired. We talked to Chris who agreed to start work almost immediately so that we could get building control to pass the work to allow us to continue. I am sure Chris had to rearrange other jobs to make this happen. Apart from the Christmas holiday period the work progressed smoothly. The site was managed by Chris's son Simon. Nothing seemed to be too much for him – he even fixed a broken window fitting in the original bathroom, which meant going off to get a part from a store and he didn't charge us a penny for that.
Because of Simon and his happy band of workers what could have been a very fraught few months were actually fascinating and even happy. Nobody seemed to mind if we asked stupid questions. The workers were always happy to tell us what was going on and why, so we were always in the loop. Most of the workers became friends by the end of the job.
Things went smoothly and we were extremely happy with the end result. We've been living in it for nearly a year now and we have been very happy with it. 
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sanris to anyone who wishes a cheerful bunch of lads to descend on their new build and do a good – indeed remarkable – job. I would like to add that the build came in exactly as quoted – to the penny and on time!

Sanris completed the structural alterations for a loft conversion compromising of two bedrooms and a bathroom within the loft space. This conversion did not have flat roofs so it was a very intricate and complex roof design The industry knowledge of SanRis accompanied with their, understanding and ability to overcome problems in my opinion was second to none. The commitment and drive from Simon to insure that he got from his team the desired results to help us achieve the house of our dreams was incredible. There were great ideas implemented at crucial times, any extras that arose being honest and openly priced. The whole team at Sanris pushed to create the result that we desired to achieve the end result that was wished for on a difficult project. We would like to thank all at Sanris and especially Simon for his dedication and commitment to us and this job. We are over the moon with the results and there was absolutely no way we could have got there without them. I recommend Sanris to anyone that asks and always say I don't care what the price differences are at tender stage, when they quote for building works whoever they go up against, you will get more value for money with SanRis than any other contractor in this area!!
