Was gifted a sparkling afternoon tea voucher and it was absolutely delightful. Staff were very attentive and friendly, even though there was an initial problem with the gift voucher processing, they were very helpful and it all got sorted. There was plenty of tea and coffee and we were offered refills. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were fresh and delicious. A real treat!
I was not expecting a 3* star hotel to be this good. I booked the last double room last minute but did not expert the level of comfort. It was tricky only to walk to room 315 due a some stairs to get there from the 3rd floor , with my elderly mother but not at all a dela breaker . The room was very spacious and extremely comfy bed . I slept so well that did not want to leave! The amenities also great and plentiful and the breakfast enough variety of cereal and fruits and they even have a non dairy mil upon request normally 3 start never offer this we have a wonderful stay . Location is great too! 1 minute to the beach and parking is right front of the hotel happy days
Booked a table for Sunday lunch on my quest to find the perfect Roast in Ramsgate.nI was excited to learn that gluten-free options are available and looked forward to enjoying a Yorkshire pudding with my roast beef but unfortunately it was still icy in the middle.nMy companion enjoyed her non-gluten free offering which included cauliflower cheese my favourite but was not a GF option.nRoast potatoes were nice which is a rarity and overall the meal was enjoyable but not quite there. Reasonably priced at 2 courses around £23.nBar & Restaurant has smart contemporary decor but the service felt a bit unnecessarily stuffy as this is not a five star dining experience.
Whilst on holiday we booked a table in the restaurant for food but we were advised that we only had the table until 07:30 pm. We were a little disappointed as we had come to see the Michael Buble tribute act. The manager and her staff were brilliant in setting up an extra table for the 4 of us so we could stay. We had a fantastic night both the food and entertainment was fantastic. Thanks Becky and your team for what you did. 10/10.
We went there for sun. lunch with our quiz winning voucher for £100, very generous. Had the 2 course, prawn cocktail on a plate, obstacle if in a silly glass which makes it awkward to eat. Roast Pork like a steak superb, plenty of veg n gravy ab. superb, only critique no crackling, skin was still soft, but it didn't matter. Would eat there again. Very good value.
