We ordered our sushi on a Tuesday lunchtime and we are still waiting for it - over an hour after the expected delivery. My order was accepted and apparently is still being prepared. I thought I was doing the right thing by ordering through Sushi Samurai website. There is no way or getting in touch with the restaurant, the number is out of order and the mobile is an unrelated person. I have just spend £30 for nothing.
just amazing. i like sushi everytime but this is my 3rd time to order sushi samurai. food was next level and taste was outstanding. Appreciate for the vegan option too. thanks for made my day. best sushi ever i try in london. Vegetarian options: i see lots of item in their option. recommended . Kid-friendliness: maki option and good size highly recommended for kids.

on my birthday, my long awaited sushi NEVER arrived!! and I've tipped the driver too... central location, well known by all drivers, Uber, Delivered, but Just Eat cannot deliver. the driver even called me, he said he would wait for me to collect. went downstairs, waited 10 minutes, and even reception staff looked for it, NOTHING!! thanks for ruining my birthday!! Tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer!! Sad, sad, sad!!!

Staff very rude and unpolite, fake asian food and when i complained to them about the food being cold and undercooked they go if you are not happy go eat else where... avoid at all costs, poor service poor food and rude staffFood: 1/5
