I attended minor injuries with a bruised hand...after xray was found it was fractured. the staff were brilliant ..seen and sorted within an hour. Can't thank them enough. Excellent service.

Went in for 6 year olds blood test - she was so anxious but the nurse was absolutely fantastic! So thoughtful and encouraging - couldn’t have been better cared for.

The staff in both physio & A&E departments are very quick to resolve your needs. I arrived at the hospital 13:41 with a burnt palm & fingers from my clumsy cooking. I was seen in A&E wounds dressed, then leaving the car park by 13:54. Bonus!!!... this meant I avoided paying any parking fees either.

Had an outpatient appointment yesterday, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding as I arrived late due to the ambulance being delayed due to the weather. The hospital was extremely clean as I've always found it to be.Keep up the good work

We have just come back from visiting this hospital and we were very impressed with the service. The receptionists at minor injury and radiography were really friendly and helpful, the sister that we saw was really nice and explained everything in detail and the radiographer was friendly. We arrived at 9.30 and were out within less than an hour for treatment of a broken finger. Would definitely use this hospital again for minor injuries, worth the half hour drive thank you.
