Fantastic staff, super friendly!
If I could get a worse score I would. Dont buy from Samsung. They try to sell refurbished phones as new. I am still in dispute after months snd paying for a phone I refuse to use.
Disappointed in the shop you enter no staff no way you can tell were to wait the staff are good when served but the wait or lack of information is not good
Brilliant service today at this store. Sorted my charging port out in 5 mins without an appointment full of fluff! Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.
Great experience. The young lady in charge made me feel ultra comfortable and gave a fantastic customer service experience that, in my eyes, makes her a real credit to her store, and the brand that she represents.
Had my phone looked at by jerry and has sorted the problem with adverts popping up on my phone and has educated me on how to avoid these in future. Very informative and professional, and a nice guy. Thanks Jerry- will visit again and highly recommend.
