We've aways really enjoyed our meals here.The staff are very friendly especially to our children and the food is always of a good standard. It's sometimes a bit quiet and lacking in atmosphere but then we often go early. If you want a decent chinese in the area this is a good choice in our opinion.
The waiting stafff in this restaurant offer very unfriendly service. You have to ask for drinks menu, they do not check whether you want more drinks when you are finished. You have to ask for the dessert menu, staff not busy, 4 of them wandering around chatting and ignoring the customers. They even had the cheek to add service charge to the bill when service was very poor. Shame as the chef works hard to produce good food in this restaurant. This restaurant is let down by the miserable staff on duty.
Food was nice in particular the sauces and fried salmon. However the rice had no flavour and your staff were very unfriendly, in particular your manager. Our table were also the only table to be void of any prawn crackers! Whatever did we do in a past life to be treated like this?!
the food was awful, very bland tasteless, you have to eat your food within 5 mins as with the air conditioning on it gets cold very quick. would never eat there again .Very disappointed
