I took both my daughters this morning, the receptionist was a delight! Very friendly, happy and chatty. The wait time was very small, doctor lovely and helpful. The pharmacist staff were friendly with all customers, very personable and extremely helpful. Honesty I haven't had an experience with a healthcare provider like it in many years! Staff were incredible. Thank you
I went today to see a doctor from the respiratory hub to check if I had a chest infection . This guy was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was pleasant and professional.he asked lots of questions and examined me. He prescribed medication. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Also the pharmacy there were very efficient and staff extremely polite and helpful. Each time I have had to visit ,my experiences have been positive. The reception was also pleasant and helpful . Well done and thank you.
Visited today 31st Jan 25, Receptionist very helpful and polite, the lady at my appointment was also very kind, listened and took notice to what I was saying sorry don’t know either of there names I’m not one for going to walk-in centres or doctors, but it was made painless by these two ladies, Thank You Both.
Although had to wait an hour and had an appointment but it was very busy when Nurse Jade called me to have my bloods taken she was very apologetic. I’m not an easy person to get blood out of but she managed this very easily and was lovely .
It’s a hard write as I appreciate the NHS so much , I knew I’d be waiting a long time to be seen , but when you eventually do and you find the doctor rude , unsociable and not the slightest bit interested in what you have to say . I left that room feeling stupid and belittled , I didn’t even stay to have my x ray .nI drove home upset and then annoyed with myself for not saying anything at the time .nSo now am left with a piece of glass buried deep in my foot,
