I was told one thing and sold something else. I was in a big mess on the way back from Saudi. Saudi Emigration wouldn’t allow me to fly back as I didn’t have visa for turkey. Omg. I was sold a ticket that had transfer in turkey but 2 different Airports and hence needed visa for Turkey as I need to travel from one airport to another. Sam travels didn’t mention anything about this. Please please be careful. This Travel Agent is very dodgy.

Fraud company!
I wouldn’t trust this company. Itimaar travel or SAM travel. We were offered Zam Zam hotel and when we arrived there was no booking. We waited for four hours until we got hold of them and we’re given another hotel. None of the hotel were what we asked for when we paid for the package. The manager has not contacted us even once till this day despite promising to be available throughout our travels.
I can see on this review site that many have had a similar experience.

I have used Sam travel last month (March), everything worked fine and hotel in Makkah was great, all the transportation was on time but last minute our hotel in Madinah was changed and hotel didn’t seems1 star, we made our booking for 4 stars and disappointing to have this kind of experience with family consist of few month old babies. I hope this will not repeat with valuable customers in future.

Fraud company, do not ever use it! Booked umraah package with them for my father and the hotel booked was told to be 3/4 star and it turned out to be the lowest quality most disgusting place anyone could ever stay at. Had to wait hours to be booked in and check my hotel confirmations, disgusting rooms and toilets. No pillow cases or changed bedsheets, dirty flooring. Please brothers and sisters avoid booking any travels with Sam Travel and Tours and especially avoid umraah packages. The hotel I am reviewing so bad is in Medina called WAHAT Al Makarem

Do not use for any Holiday. I didn't want to be in a group booking but they had booked me into a group so I couldn't get my seating together as a family. It was all over the place.. My hotel wasn't booked when I got to Makkah for Umrah. As you can imagine with 3 very young children it was the worst moment of my life. Spent my own money to stay one night. took three days to get my original booking which didn't include Breakfast and Dinner. Everything was confirmed over the phone but all went wrong when we got there. There isn't enough space here to write this review. 
Just so that you are aware Samtravel brother company called Crystaltravel is also Itimaar Travel is a retail agent of Moresand Ltd. Their Main office is in East London but they also have call centre in India.
Spent over 5K and got a bad experience from them. While in the hotel office someone else I bumped into had the same problem with Samtravel.
When booking anything ask for Hotel booking reference number not some bogas number given from their system and call the Hotel before getting there with the actual hotel booking reference number. That should apply for any travel with any travel agents.
