UNPROFESSIONAL, UNQUALIFIED - Cheap for a reason! Wish I could have selected no stars!!! Where to start? Please do not use this company or its director. The director claims to be an "Accountant" however she doesn't know what she's doing. She outsources work she doesn't understand, causes her own clients to receive fines (as she has no understanding of the engagement). The director then claims to resign from the clients she has incurred fines for (To do the honourable thing) however we know she is still acting for these clients. The director constantly deflects the blame and will not accept responsibility for her shortcomings. My concern is if she cannot do a simple accountancy engagement then what sort of errors and fines is she causing with more complex engagements such as a companies corporate tax affairs? Worrying!! Unfortunately the accountancy profession is not currently protected, as a result; it is full of these cowboys who call themselves "Accountants". If you're looking for an unqualified "accountant" who will incur fines and then outsource the work to get her out of a mess she has caused, please look no further....
