Well, I can only speak as I find, Tuesday, not a busy day anywhere really...... We had the temerity to turn up for lunch without booking, asking for a table for three. 1.40 pm, only one table in use. We were told, quite abruptly they were fully booked. We continued to Hythe, had a great pub lunch at the Red Lion. Returned, they were still practically empty!!!? Not sure what’s going on here, I admit I wasn’t wearing a tie but we’re not scruffs, not even in jeans or trainers! yes warm coats, all put on masks before entering..... Not giving them a second chance, it doesn’t work that way.
The scallops and chicken wings gave me life. The building is a converted old town shop and has a large dining table for groups of 6 or more. Wide range of delicious and reasonably priced cocktails. Do not drive.
AMAZING brunch! Just amazing. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely going to go back
Excellent restaurant in a culinary near desert. Interesting and innovative cooking.
