Great customer service from start to finish. From my initial visit in-store to select a carpet to the staff member coming out to measure up to the carpet fitters themself, I had nothing but 5 star service. Ramona in the office kept me updated every step of the way too. I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends. I love my carpets and have been getting nothing but compliments from anyone that visits my house
The staff were really helpful and the choice of carpets was extensive. Everything went to plan withe the delivery and the carpet fitter. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Friendly and knowledgable staff and a good range of carpets and laminates etc. They were very helpful when I was trying to get carpets during the covid lockdown chaos and held onto the carpets until I could get other repairs done. The fitter was excellent too. Really pleased with the whole experience.
