Just arrived after a long drive from Norfolk, what an amazing spot for a restaurant. We had a window seat overlooking the harbour whilst eating a delicious fish dinner.nGreat friendly service, not over priced and a nice sized portion.nWe will certainly come back soon.
Forget your chip shop sort of stuff, this is proper!nnWe called in here knowing we had 45 mins to get in, order, eat, pay and get to Bridlington Spa for a concert.nnThe service was fantastic; quick, efficient and incredibly friendly.nnThe food was top drawer! I was expecting chip shop style chips, but these are home cooked and absolutely beautiful. The menu is very varied too - there’s something for everyone. As we were in a rush we had the light bite fish and chips - it filled us!nnThe location is spot on too, with beautiful sea/harbour views.nnOur only regret was that we had to rush things. We’ll just have to return!
Lovely place to sit outside in the sunshine with a cold drink. We had the oysters, really nice and fresh. We also had the haddock and chips, really nice but the chips were cremated.nRecommended place to visit in Bridlington
Great location. We had fish and chips outside. The service was friendly. The battered fish was lovely, fresh, and great taste. Chips non greasy. We are looking forward to returning when next in the area and hopefully trying the restaurant inside as the menu looks delicious.
Great little find in Bridlington, away from the busy main streets, and a million miles away from the burgers, pizza, doughnuts & cheesy chips you'll find on every others hope front. Staff were pleasant, we were seated at a table for two overlooking the harbour and our order was taken all within the first 10 minutes. The scampi was probably the best I've had and the seafood bisque was absolutely delicious. Plenty of Salmon, delicate white fish and perfectly cooked king prawns, all in a really lovely cheese, white wine & cream sauce. The food was great, the location is great too, the only criticism I have is that they don't do decaff coffee I don't do caffeinebut other than that, I'd thoroughly recommend it.
