Wish I read their reviews before ordering a steamer from them, such a bad customer service, and greedy over £55 steamer which wasn’t working so sent them back which they completely denied that steamer is working and have no issue. Luckily I got proof of conversation and video showing it’s faulty. Asked for refund or credit note as under consumer rights it’s their responsibility to offer genuine items. But they forcing me to take steamer back which wasn’t working at our salon but they have magic hands and it’s working in their warehouse. Customer service doesn’t exist they have no knowledge how to deal with customers and lack of understanding. So greedy. When I said can I speak to the director of company the answer was it’s family business and she doesn’t wanna involve in this matter . And they can’t sell the steamer to anyone else as it’s missing the packaging which isn’t true  Also why they wanna sell the steamer to someone else when it’s fault ? Should be sent back to wholesaler where they get their stuff They still holding steamer and sold me another one as a preorder which god knows who asked them after this experience and didn’t receive any refund. Reporting to consumer right as they need to clarify holding my money for faulty items to be sold and I paid to send them back on my cost which isn’t right. Absolute wrong you haven’t sent me money back for both steamers I’m still waiting for that. Don’t mislead me

I am so many years SalonServe customer. I can confirm the business is very reliable. If there are any problem with delivery, everything sorting out in professional manners. I wish SalonServe will continue in this way. Good business.

I come to collect the wooden couch yesterday and I feel I need to send an extra message and could you please pass it on to the warehouse staff.  I wanted to say thank you again for how brilliant they were. They all come together to get the couch in the back of the car and we’re all so lovely and helpful.  I had travelled an hour and a half each way with a toddler, risking that the couch wouldn’t fit in the back of the car. But they were all so polite and lovely and it would have been a struggle without their help. So thank you so much for all going above and beyond. Especially with me bombarding you guys with emails in the morning haha Thank you again for the exceptional service.

Ordered Sterex f3 needles, and short ones came, not written on the website or order confirmation, only realised once one box was open,  they wouldn't even send a free delivery returns label.

I trained with Zahra 17 years ago and I have been buying from them ever since. Great products, great pricing and great customer service. Also orders arrive quickly. Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a 3 way folding electric beauty couch. On opening, all the parts and motor was missing. I got onto Salonserve straight away and spoke to Kim. She was so helpful and said she would look into it and call me back. When I didn’t hear anything for some time, I started getting anxious and called back. Again, Kim assured me she will call me. I got a call back from her. She advised me she had checked with the warehouse and another couch is available with all the parts and checked it personally. She also told me delivery would be next day but couldn’t give me a time. To her word, the couch was delivered at around 1pm following day. The courier was so helpful in wrapping up and taking the other one away. Later that day, Kim called me to make sure everything had gone to plan. As a newly qualified beauty therapist, salonserve came recommended by my academy. I was very apprehensive placing my first order and starting off with a bad experience. But honestly, I can say that Kim went all out to get this resolved. And the follow up call added the finishing touch. Thank you Kim for turning this around. I will definitely be using salon serve for all my supplies. Just about to place a big order. Thank you again
