Housed in the former Warwick bridge post office is a great little cafe called Sally’s. They have a wide selection of tea and coffee and a menu that caters for any visitor. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Love the decor. You definitely won’t leave here feeling hungry. Throughly recommend this place to everyone 10/10 for food and service
Had an initial mix up with dates but we ended up being well and truly beaten by the amount of food. Absolutely beautiful food and everything was handmade and so tasty. Would highly recommend and the staff were all so lovely. Thanks for accommodating us after the mix up it was amazing, especially at short notice
Popped in for lunch. I got a festive baguette as seen them advertised online and had to try. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great smaller portions for kids too. Will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available and they have smaller portions for kids. Parking: Quite a spacious and easily accessible carpark.
Really super lunch at Sally's today. Lovely food, very welcoming, child friendly and very helpful with our dietary requirements.Food: 5/5
Superb - Called in this morning after a recommendation from a local. We had stopped at the Crown @ Wetheral but weren't prepared to pay their extortionate price for breakfast. We didn't want much, just a bacon sandwich. Went in at 8am to be greeted by very friendly staff. We sat down and ordered a pot of tea for 3, and 3 bacon rolls. Cannot fault anything. What a lovely place. Will definitely be calling again on our next visit.
A received an afternoon tea voucher of my old work colleagues and wow what a gift they gave. The afternoon tea was amazing, everything was homemade and fresh. The scones were fantastic! Sandwiches amazing. Cakes to die for. There was so much food we had to take some away, there was no way we were finishing it there! The staff were all lovely and you could see how popular it was as the room was filled! I would recommend highly, i will be for sure going back and will attempt to finish it all! Definitely a fabulous gift for someone! 10/10 !
Always a lovely welcome from the staff and a good range of homemade food on offer
Always really nice sandwiches. Understand it was busy but staff were impatient whilst we were choosing.
Needed a cuppa and a slice of cake, so I popped in to Sally's. The young girl had a whole info of information, I had to move as the table was reserved, which was ok as there was plenty of tables free. I asked what cakes they have and she said loads and then took in a huge breath and started to reel them out haha. I stopped her after about half a dozen I was impressed with her memory and the amount of cakes on offer. I chose Lemon Drizzle cake which was very moist, soft and full of lemon flavour and quite a generous portion, lots of places give you small slices, I had a nice china cup and side plate then I had a blue teapot and mint green milk jug I don’t know what happened there lol. All in all a nice little spot for a cuppa and cake.
Dropped in three times recently after finding this hidden little gem. Twice in the cafe, good menu, clean, toilet and parking outside. Cakes and Scones and afternoon tea is a must, I have to confess that what we had inside prompted us to get paper bags full of cakes and scones to take away with us everything was so delicious and such a great choice. They do Quiche, salads and sandwiches to take away, hot and cold all very reasonably priced. The owner and staff are very polite and friendly, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend 5*****
