Dr. Joshi was extremely helpful with lots of advice and maintained a professional level of patience while support me with minor queries as a new patient at the practice. She set up my nearest pharmacy and sent a message with details of its address as opposed to just telling it to me via the phone. An amazing doctor! The practice itself is very supportive, I had a mix up with a text telling me one time but my appointment was in fact at another - this was only a phone consultation so it was not too inconvenient. Upon calling for advice after missing the consultation the receptionist was very helpful and guided me through their processes.
Absolutely perfect practice. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Never have any problems with appointments. Really happy that I have chosen them for a GP practice.
Been with the practice for a few months now. Best GP surgery I’ve been with. Very quick and prompt at providing appointments, and all the doctors and nurses I've spoken to so far have been very knowledgable and caring. Top class service!
Today was attempt 2 of getting some bloods out of me after the lovely lady I saw on Tuesday couldn't get any no blame though. The lady I saw today was also lovely, I was seen very quickly, was mostly painless and she got bloods first try!
I appreciate and admire the time Kyla ANP takes in listening to my concerns and explaining the issues I have, in detail with me. She is very patient, professional and passionate about her job. it truly radiates through her attention and care to her patients.
